Mr. Piccolo works diligently to keep fees and costs as minimal as
possible, while aggressively pursuing his client's goals.
Mr. Piccolo has a diverse legal background. He has
worked for the following firms:
- Pressler & Pressler, a collection
law firm that met the needs of creditors thoughout the state of
New Jersey;
- Iulo & Soltis (now the Law Firm
of Kenneth Iulo), a large personal injury law firm; and
- Herbert New and David W. New, P.C.,
where Mr. Piccolo served as a litigation associate in a diversified
commercial practice.
In his experience, Mr. Piccolo, has developed his
litigation skills in the following areas:
personal injury, landlord tenant, contractual
disputes, business formation, municipal law, consumer fraud, divorce,
legal name changes, liquor license applications, and real estate
law.
Educational Background
Mr. Piccolo received his undergraduate degree from Rutger's
University, Newark, New Jersey. Upon graduation, Mr. Piccolo
attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan,
where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.
